As a woman going to look at a car is alway very intimidating, but when I drove on to Ed Bozarth Chevrolet's Car Lot I was approached by Jean. She really took the time to listen to what I needed and wanted in a car. She took me on a tour of the dealership and everyone there was so nice. Seth Rosa helped me get to the number that I could afford and Scott Walker got me into a loan that best fit my budget. Afterwards Jean went through all the bells and whistles of the car with me and then called me a few days later to see if I had any questions. My silverado pickup now makes a transmission noise that is not normal, and is apparently due to defective materials/workmanship. BEWARE Bozarth Chevrolet does not honor the CHEVROLET 100,000 mile drive train warranty after buying a new Silverado!! More
