Went to look for a car Andy greeted us promptly and was very informative and explained about the 2 car we were looking at. As a woman going to look at a car is alway very intimidating, but when I drove on to Ed Bozarth Chevrolet's Car Lot I was approached by Jean. She was very friendly and personable but she also knew what she was talking about. I never felt like I was being sold on soemthing that just needed to be off the lot. She really took the time to listen to what I needed and wanted in a car. She took me on a tour of the dealership and everyone there was so nice. Seth Rosa helped me get to the number that I could afford and Scott Walker got me into a loan that best fit my budget. Afterwards Jean went through all the bells and whistles of the car with me and then called me a few days later to see if I had any questions. I cannot wait to buy my next car from the because I am sure it will be another great experience. I will recommend Ed Bozarth Chevrolet to everyone I know! More
My silverado pickup now makes a transmission noise that is not normal, and is apparently due to defective materials/workmanship. After the technician evaluated the problem, he didn't want to take the trann is not normal, and is apparently due to defective materials/workmanship. BEWARE Bozarth Chevrolet does not honor the CHEVROLET 100,000 mile drive train warranty after buying a new Silverado!! More
