Mike, I looked into this service issue and found that you came in to have a catalytic converter replaced under warranty. Upon picking it up you noticed a shaking. You brought it back, we researched it and found that it was the motor mounts that were bad and caused the engine to shift. You claimed that our service tech. had caused the problem, but he only changed the catalytic converter. We fixed the motor mounts at a discount. Things wear out on vehicles at the most inopportune times.

When we brought the car in it was because of the check engine light was on for a P0420 code, which you indicated the catalytic converter was bad and was replaced by emissions warranty. The car did NOT have any vibration, popping, or creaking noises - the car had NO motor mounts issues when we dropped it off for the check engine light issue. Motor mounts just don’t break or go bad while the vehicle was in your care and possession at your facility the entire time it took for your team to diagnose and repair the catalytic converter issue.
