BEWARE IF YOU TAKE YOUR CAR IN TO BE FIXED HERE. I TOOK ONE OF MY COMERCIAL VANS INTO THESE GUYS WHEN I TOOK IT IN IT RAN GREAT BESIDES EVERY SO OFTEN IT WOULD JOLT A LITTLE BIT SO I TOOK IT IN. THE I TOOK ONE OF MY COMERCIAL VANS INTO THESE GUYS WHEN I TOOK IT IN IT RAN GREAT BESIDES EVERY SO OFTEN IT WOULD JOLT A LITTLE BIT SO I TOOK IT IN. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE $1800.00 TO FIX I THOUGHT THAT WAS HIGH BUT I SAID GO AHEAD AND FIX IT. FOUR DAYS LATER THEY CALLED ME AND SAID IT WAS FIXED. I WENT AND PICKED IT UP AND IT IS ALL MESSED UP ITS JOLTING NONE STOP SO I TAKE IT BACK THEY KEEP IT FOR ANOTHER 2 DAYS I GET A TEXT THAT SAYS THEY SNAPPED OFF A BOLT AND ITS GOING TO BE ANOTHER 3500.00 I WAS IRRITATED BUT I KNOW MISTAKES HAPPEN SO I WENT DOWN THERE TO LOOK AT IT HE SHOWED ME ONE BOLT THAT SNAPPED OFF SO I AGREED TO THE ADDITIONAL 3500.00 LETS JUST GET IT FIXED THEY SAID OK. A DAY LATER THEY CALL ME AND SAY WE JUST SNAPPED OFF 2 MORE BOLTS ITS GOING TO BE ANOTHER 35000.00 ONTOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE AT THIS POINT IM LIVID SO I CALL THE SERVICE MANAGER AND TALK TO HIM DIRECT AT THAT TIME HE WAS SOMEWHAT PROFFESIONAL I THOUGHT WE WERE ALL ON THE SAME PAGE I WOULD BE WILLING TO PAY 6500.00 HE SAID HE WOULD CALL ME MONDAY THE NEXT THING YOU KNOW THEY TEXTED ME AND SAID ITS GOING TO BE 8500.00 I SAID NO WAY SO NOW IM LEFT WITH A WORK VAN THEY DESTROYED THE WHOLE ENGINE ON IM GOING TO HAVE TO HAVE IT TOWED OUT OF THERE NOT RUNNING. ON A POSATIVE NOTE I HAVE ALL CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES RECORDED AS WELL AS ALL OF OUR CONVERSATIONS SO THEY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ALL COURT COST AND LAWYER FEES ONTOP OF DESTROYING MY ENGINE. I had recently gotten a used Honda Civic from here and the experience has been nothing but wonderful! I had the pleasure of working with Bryce and he quickly responded to any questions I had, before and a the experience has been nothing but wonderful! I had the pleasure of working with Bryce and he quickly responded to any questions I had, before and after making the purchase. The buying process was super easy and not pushy at all which I really appreciated. After a day or 2, the battery unfortunately went out in my car and I had let Bryce know and he took care of it no questions asked. Overall had a great experience here :) More

Sold me a brand new truck with roof damage which they never disclosed. Mechanical issues during 1st month. I asked for my money back. They wouldn’t do anything, corporate Ford says it doesn’t meet Utah s never disclosed. Mechanical issues during 1st month. I asked for my money back. They wouldn’t do anything, corporate Ford says it doesn’t meet Utah state lemon laws. I will never shop at Ed Kenley again. I’ll never buy a Ford again. Things happen but this 90k truck should not have problems from day one. 4th truck I paid cash for, all fords. Future biz lost from me and anyone I can get this info to will cost so much more then doing what’s right. More
