I actually called just a few minutes before closing due to a time difference, and Kris still took the time to have a quick but meaningful conversation with me about the vehicle. That alone stood out. He told me to call when we were on the road the next morning, and he’d have everything ready—and he absolutely delivered. Within minutes of that first call, he sent over photos of the vehicle, and the next morning, as we were driving over, he followed up with a personalized video walkaround. That level of communication made the whole process feel smooth and transparent from the start. When we arrived, everything was exactly as promised—vehicle reserved, prepped, and ready to go. From the moment we met him in person, Kris had a way of making us feel completely comfortable—more like we were working with a longtime friend than going through a typical car-buying experience. The buying process was efficient and modern, especially the digital signing setup where my wife and I could review and sign everything side-by-side on a screen without the usual paperwork shuffle. To top it off, the vehicle was fully fueled and ready to roll as soon as we finished. From start to finish, the team was professional, personable, and respectful of our time. This was one of the best dealership experiences we’ve had, and we’ll definitely be coming back here first for our next vehicle. More
