I bought a car here because I thought I could trust the Ed Martin name. They said all cars passed a safety inspection. I test drove and purchased the car during the day and didn't see that a front headligh Ed Martin name. They said all cars passed a safety inspection. I test drove and purchased the car during the day and didn't see that a front headlight was out until a couple of days later when I drove it at night. I asked them to fix it and was told that it wasn't a safety issue because it was a daytime running light. It provides more than half of the light at night though! How is that not a safety issue?! In addition to this, they said they'd beat the interest rate that my bank offered, but then they tacked on fees and rushed me through the purchasing process so I didn't notice until I got home and read the paperwork more thoroughly. It's not too late to back your "safety inspection" and fix the headlight, Ed Martin. Then I asked to pick the vehicle up the next day when I could get a ride. She insisted that I had to take it that day, but I could leave the car I drove there in the lot. It was borrowed from a friend and I was NOT leaving it in the lot. I thought Ed Martin had courtesy vehicles! I live about a 2-minute drive away. She huffed and finally agreed that I could drive my car home and she'd drive me back to the dealership to pick up my friend's car. More
