Our New Renegade We're in Indianapolis - not that, that is so far - but we didn't want to drive to Anderson and spend the day looking at vehicles and negotiating. We found exactly what we wanted online in Ed Martin Jeep's inventory. I made a call to James Brooks and described our trade and offered our terms. We made two additional calls to each other before reaching agreement. He took our info and we began the drive to Anderson. When we arrived our new vehicle was all cleaned and waiting for us in the service bay. We were able to look it over out the elements. We then went on a test drive and were in love with our new Renegade. All that needed to be accomplished now was that the staff at Ed Martin agreed with my assessment of our trade and finish some paperwork. We did have to wait in the service lounge until another customer finished their paperwork and then were taken into the business office. Because of the Corona Virus the showroom was closed by order of the Mayor. Even without these unusual circumstances this transaction couldn't have gone smoother. This is the second vehicle we purchased from an Ed Martin dealership. We came back in part because the first transaction went so smoothly and we felt we were treated fairly. This time was even better. Thanks to James and Dereck we're enjoying our new Renegade. We love it! More
