Errol is a misogynist and I would recommend female vehicle owners specify he not be permitted to work on their service account. Both at drop off and his call to me (vehicle owner) to explain the asses vehicle owners specify he not be permitted to work on their service account. Both at drop off and his call to me (vehicle owner) to explain the assessment and resolution of my mechanical issue he asked if he needed to speak with my husband. This vehicle is not co-owned. I did enjoy having the opportunity to tell Errol to his face that I did not appreciate his misogyny and that I will specifically request Austin or Rob moving forward -IF I decide to remain at Ed Martin Jeep Anderson. Corey has always been absolutely wonderful to work with. This makes my 3rd purchase from him but this time I drove from Ohio just to do business with him.
