Orlando is fantastic and the Ed Martin team made the car buying experience very pleasant! The car buying experience is not how it used to be pre-COVID and my experience contacting some dealerships was that buying experience very pleasant! The car buying experience is not how it used to be pre-COVID and my experience contacting some dealerships was that they’ve more customer than the new cars available to sell. Fortunately, Orlando and Chad didn’t make me feel like that one bit. They helped me find the trim and color that I wanted, without having to compromise.
