Most bad customer service when I bought 15 k used Honda oddessy. They hide lot. Next day found transmission issue. They force me to pay for service. Very Very unprofessional dealer. I spent a few moments browsing the lot before heading into the store. I was immediately greeted by Orlando. This was my 2nd dealership I’d been to. Orlando was so informative of the vehicle specifications during my initial test drive. After explaining I wanted a little more time to shop around, Orlando was very understanding and with no pressure followed up with me. This being my first car purchase, Ed Martin Honda made the process comfortable.
