Above and beyond Ed Martin Nissan went out of their way for me. Our Rogue was totaled and our daughter and grandsons were unhurt. We bought a Rogue somewhere else but brought it for a minor problem under warranty. They discovered a major problem so I took it right back to the other dealer. After hearing our tales and heartaches Todd, the general manager, searched for a used Rogue for us. Within a day he had one and they held it for us until we could get here. Liked it, bought it, drove it home. Isaiah was a fun salesman and delight to work with. Scott made the buying process easy. Out of heartache and headache they made me feel special. I had an excellent experience getting a car. Scott, Sarah and Logan gave great customer service. Sarah kept me informed of the progress of my car, Scott was great with financing, and Logan helped Scott, Sarah and Logan gave great customer service.
