Best experience ever as an out of town buyer...and I've had many good and bad over the years purchasing vehicles. Dakota Fisher, my sales rep., was personable, professional, and persistent....not in a push had many good and bad over the years purchasing vehicles. It took me a few weeks to decide where to purchase a used Ford Taurus, and she kept in touch on a near daily basis just to gauge where I was in the buying process. Most importantly, you could tell that she appreciated my business and worked hard to earn it. The dealership is hopping busy...large, comfortable, clean, and compliant with all Covid guidelines, which is important to me as a medical professional. They have a large sales staff, so I didn't observe any customers standing around, waiting for someone to assist them. It's a great customer service, oriented culture which nowadays, is sometimes hard to come by and is evidenced by its many 5 star reviews. When I arrived at Ed Martin Toyota, the vehicle was clean, parked next to the building, warmed up, and ready to roll. Dakota rode along with me since I am not familiar with the area, and showed me some of the car's features before and after the ride, making sure everything worked properly as the manufacturer intended. She even had the gas tank full, so I didn't have to worry about stopping since I had a long, 2.5 hour drive home. I am very particular about my vehicles, and Ed Martin and Dakota exceeded all of my expectations. Next time you need a ride, check them out and be sure to ask for Dakota....you won't be disappointed.
