Vehicle advertised as no accident along with clean car fax but original docs were left in vehicle by previous owner reflect a significant collision repair for an accident after purchase. I also complained that the A/C wasn’t working correctly. They said the tech determined it to be in working order. I brought it to my mechanic within 1 day and mechanic said the A/C isn’t working correctly and will need to be repaired. I notified the dealer of all of this and the only response I received is that they could look at the vehicle and give me a good quote for repairs. This is unacceptable. They also left a ton of personal information of the prior owner in the car. I know the previous owner’s name, address, DOB, cell #, email, and when he had hernia surgery in 2018. More

Everyone at the dealership was friendly even though we showed up less than an hour before closing and stayed 2 or more hours after closing.
