Sophia, I am sorry about the miscommunication on the missing $500 we discovered at delivery. The money down listed on the bill of sale was $3,000 + the amount due from the wires your father & uncle. Of the $3000 money down line-item, $500 was subtracted out from the deposit and then we subtracted out another $2000 from your father again, leaving the last $500 still due. I think this confusion came from the total monies being pieced from five total sources and two finance managers being involved covering their respective days off. I truly am sorry that there was miscommunication on this, but I want you to be confident that we didn’t add any extra fees or change the agreed price at any point in time as the review reads.
