Carlos is extremely knowledgeable about car repair and he is constantly educating us about our car. He always calls us to keep us informed about repair status and accurate timelines for completed repairs. What ever we need Carlos take care of it: rent cars, a ride back home, or just a cup of coffee. Carlos makes it happen!!! Not just one time but everytime we need repairs( about 4-5 times in the last year). I can't say enough great things about Carlos. He turns dreadful car repairs into a more pleasant experience. I never write reviews, but he has been doing such a good job for us for so long that I felt guilty about not writing. Carlos definitely deserves this praise. Great experience from beginning to end. I did a lot of the initial work with Coach Santoni via email. I felt expected and welcomed when we arrived at the Brandon Auto Mall dealership. Ray Blanco was refreshingly "not your typical "used car salesman" type which we were very happy with. The credit manager, not sure of name - maybe Steve Schwartz was also very nice, very prepared and explained things to our satisfaction. We never felt pressured. Finally the GM came and talked with us for app. 15 minutes while we waited for our car. You can tell he practices what he preaches. The entire car buying process was a pleasure. Joey stayed with me start to finish, even though the start was in April and the finish wasnt until July. I had been searching for a Chrysler 300 and had been to a couple of dealers, made a few deals but all fell through, after haggling and game playing and pretty much being treated like an embicile. So I did another search on the internet, found the vehicle at Brandon Auto Mall. I telephoned the dealer and ask if they still had the vehicle and was told yes. I proceeded to the dealer and ask for Mike and was given to Raymond Blanco because Mike was busy. I told Raymond about my car seeking experience, I did not want any games and did not want to waste his time or mine, Raymond understood and proceeded to take me on the test drive. Raymond was great, the entire deal lasted only a few hours. I was able to purchase the vehicle at the price range I could afford (without selling an organ), there were no games, no back and forth, I was treated with respect and dignity. I have brought several car throughout my adult life, I have to say this was one of my best car buying experience. I would not hesitate to refer Raymond or Brandon Automall to my family and friends.
