Because of him, my tire was good, I was safe and I got home on time. Excellent Experience. My mother was in need of a change of vehicle after my father passed away last month. I found her several vehicles on cars.com that fit her needs and wants. Made the trip down to Ft. Lauderdale from Vero Beach, FL to see a vehicle that looked like a perfect fit for mom. Confirmed the vehicle was still available the day before. I drove mom down to see the certified pre-owned Cadillac SRX as it was about the best I could find for the money. Upon our arrival we were met in the front parking lot by Mr. Fred Rosenberg. The vehicle was parked in the front awaiting our arrival as scheduled. Now when I say Fred Rosenberg is not like the average car salesman I say that because he quickly focused his attention on my mother and made her feel comfortable with the vehicle. He talked her through the vehicle and it's safety features and took the time to explain each and answer questions. Now that might have something to do with the fact that Fred has been selling the Cadillac brand for something like 32 years. He knew the vehicle well and made us feel comfortable with the vehicle we came to look at. The fact is the vehicle was a no brainer when it comes to quality, safety and value, but with that said he had a way of making the purchase for my mother an enjoyable experience, not a stressful one. Fred allowed us to talk about the purchase and value with no pressure what so ever. How many times can you count when someone said their mother, who is in her 70's, was treated with the right balance of kindness and respect by a car salesman. 2016 Escalade purchase. Warning do your research on Ed Morse Do not purchase a new vehicle from this dealership until you do your research. Purchased a brand new 2016 Cadillac Escalade Platinum from Ed Morse. Fi Do not purchase a new vehicle from this dealership until you do your research. Purchased a brand new 2016 Cadillac Escalade Platinum from Ed Morse. First day I received Escalade the transmission was grinding and jumping out of first. I set an appointment at my local Cadillac dealership and they said it needs a brand new transmission. Ed Morse never did an inspection on vehicle and the manager told me that Cadillac is doing me a favor by replacing a 15k transmission. I'm working with corporate GMC to get this resolved. I have purchased 5 Escalades in the past and this was my first with this dealership. I would never purchase a vehicle from Ed Morse. Another WARNING with Ed Morse is they will run your credit for no reason. I purchased the new vehicle by cash. No reason to run my credit when you don't have to take out a loan. Ed Morse ran my credit (which effects your credit score) without my permission and had no reason to do so. I called and requested and explanation from the manager on why they ran my credit. No one returned my call and sales person did not no why they did either. More
