Once I was there my interest was manipulated into another car - 2021 CT4 sport. After test drive I was told again that the vehicle is temporarily unavailable. The next day I received call from Richard who claimed he is one of the sales managers, also the GSM called too, only to basically repeat what his two salespeople did all over again. Actions is a believable testimony of true apology. More
