Frustrationould have Brought my 2014 Cadillac into service as the glove compartment stopped working was told part would be in in 4-5 days. I called nearing the one MONTH Brought my 2014 Cadillac into service as the glove compartment stopped working was told part would be in in 4-5 days. I called nearing the one MONTH mark. Part just came in?! A phone call would have been greatly appreciated. Upon scheduling my appointment I was told I didn't get a loaner car. Pushed the issue as my car comes with that service. Nope no car. On previous appointment I needed nitrogen in the tires. Was told that happened. Nope didn't as the pressure was really low when I got back to Lakeland. Report says declined a check up. Heck I was never even asked! Spoke with Elliott's manager Tom. Was very apologetic about all of the mix ups. Will I be back? Only as a very last resort. Where is Cadillacs customer service??!! That's why I buy Cadillacs!! More

These guy were great. Mike Murphy and Carlos Noguerol made this service process very smooth. After bringing 3 of my vehicles(Hummer,Cadillac and Saturn)in for service it was an hassle-free process.Along made this service process very smooth. We were long time customers and I had an issue with the call center not getting messages to the service department. It was elevated to Mr. Snelling who did not address the concern rather he put the phone d call center not getting messages to the service department. After taking all our business to this dealership for new car purchases and service we won't be back. Now that my car is no longer under warranty I am happy to have found a shop that treats me with respect which is a shame because for years that is how this dealership treated my family and I. More
I HAD MY RIMS AND TIRES STOLEN FROM MY CAR IN MIAMI. HADNO IDEA WHAT TO DO AND CALLED MIKE MURPHY IN BRANDON. UNFORTUNATELY, HE WASN'T ABLE TO HELP BUT GAVE US GOOD ADVISE ON WHAT TO DO. ONCE WE GOT T HADNO IDEA WHAT TO DO AND CALLED MIKE MURPHY IN BRANDON. UNFORTUNATELY, HE WASN'T ABLE TO HELP BUT GAVE US GOOD ADVISE ON WHAT TO DO. ONCE WE GOT THE CAR BACK, A NOISE WAS HEARD ON THE DRIVE BACK. WE CALLED MIKE AND HE GOT US IN THAT DAY TO CHECK OVER THE CAR TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OKAY. THIS IS WHY WE BOUGHT THE CAR FROM ED MORSE BRANDON. THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE TO HELP. FROM THE FIRST DAY WE BOUGHT THE CAR AND THEY CONTINUE TO SERVICE THIS VEHICLE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU LOOK FIRST AT ED MORSE BRANDON FOR A VEHICLE. BEGIN WITH AL CARTER, WHETHER IT IS NEW OR USED AND THEN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THESERVIE DEPARTMENT. While the repair ended up being covered by a "campaign", I never expected to arrive at the dealership, have my car repaired, washed, vacuumed and all this happening within one hour of my arrival. He has always gone above and beyond to accomodate my schedule and service needs. The only "less than perfect" experience has been quality of work when repairing one thing, the part was damaged.
