Absolutely the best, no question We visited no fewer than 4 Cadillac dealerships, and walked out each time for no other reason that the poor sales experience. From incompetent, to condescending and amateur -to dishonest (twice trying to hide a "loaner car/ drag car" with 4,000 or more miles, saying it was "new," still charging us full MSRP, and then shorting us on the warranty. Eric and Ed Morse dealership finally met every request, and he was the most professional, experienced, and excelled at customer service. The entire industry is changing for dealerships, the pressure, tight margins, cutting back on incentives for their sales employees, and it shows. They have the product, but I refuse to buy without proper honest and professional sales service. We drove hours, over many days, and hundreds of miles and it was worth every bit to deal with Eric and the staff at Ed Morse. Thank you, only reason we bought (an upgraded more expensive car) was because of him and our experience! More
