Very poor ethics and customer service This was the worst experience I ever had at a car dealership in my life. I negotiated to an agreed price today with the sales person and the sales ma This was the worst experience I ever had at a car dealership in my life. I negotiated to an agreed price today with the sales person and the sales manager, they asked if I could make it there today and I told them I would be there within the hour to purchase the vehicle. 'See you soon" was the reply. I got there within 45 minutes and when I walked in to meet with the sales person I was told "sorry we can not do the deal as we are out of "flex cash", whatever that is. We all agreed on a price, I drove there with my wife to pickup the car and was turned away as if I did something wrong. I then received a phone call as I left the dealership that if I picked a different color they may be able to do the deal. We did not drive there to buy a red vehicle to get pushed into another color vehicle. Don’t waste your time going here. Dennis Galentine More

My sales man Jeremy was great the sales Manager Failed to understand my concerns when I had to bring my caddy back the next day because the transmissi My sales man Jeremy was great the sales Manager Failed to understand my concerns when I had to bring my caddy back the next day because the transmission was defective and needed a repair when I asked for my gas to be replaced and the gas in the rental taken care of he told my salesman that he wouldn’t do it. I had to throw a fit and explain that I wouldn’t be here if the transmission wasn’t bad or didn’t need repaired a day after purchase. Also my car only came with one key when I asked for a second key I was told no and that I would have to pay for it.. bottom line, over all I got a really good deal but I left the dealership with a less then great experience. The things I asked for were reasonable but because I had already took delivery before these two things came up it seemed that the good customer service depreciated. For less then a couple hundred dollars I am unable to rate the dealership experience more then a 3 star. More
