They were able to assist me with my out-of-state purchase logistics including 3rd party pre-purchase inspection, final repairs at a Hyundai dealership, and pickup from an airport hotel. Evelyn Ferguson acted as a customer advocate during my initial inquiry, Karen Barrese is a hard working sales person who is attentive to details, Marc Lewkowiez was fast-acting on quick-turn requests. Their efforts made the extremely high dealer fee palatable. Update 10/26/18: On the day of the sale Steven Hoover had all the paperwork ready. One month after the sale he allowed our temporary plate to expire, despite advanced notice from the customer and his promise to send "one out tomorrow". In addition, he has not responded to several requests to provide a status on the title transfer and registration process. Update 11/11/18: Still no word on the title and registration application. I elevated the issue to General Manager Brian Danahy Nov 09 who stated "Our title clerk is not in today". My concern is not with the delay, but the lack of insight the team is providing. It is very important that my family is assured there is progress being made. We cannot drive on the non-cash toll roads until we receive real plates. More

Karen was so helpful again this time which was a great help in picking out the model with the equipment I wanted, not under equipped or over equipped. Just right, she completely knows her product. Kevin was super in explaining all the paper work. I went back a week later to have some extras added that I wanted and Mike was ready and waiting to take care of it. All the employees are completely professional and a pleasure to work with. The sales and service areas are always sparkling and comfortable. Will I go back to Ed Morse for my next Cadillac? Absolutely! I enjoy the performance of the XT5. But I miss the Adaptive Cruise Control I had on my previous SRX but that is Cadillac"s fault for not including it on this model. More
