Here's what wowed me: 1) I was able to do all negotiating via email, in the comfort of my home office. 2) My salesperson, Jeremy Metsky, actually paid attention to what I noted as important, and addressed all my concerns. 3) Ed Morse Cadillac made it clear from the beginning they wanted my business and worked with me on pricing, to make it a win/win. 4) I challenged Jeremy to get my purchase completed with me spending less than 2 hours at the dealership. He worked with me to get as much of the processing done prior to my arrival, and I left the dealership in my new XT5 in 1 hour and 50 minutes... Gold Star! More

Painless New Car Purchase I went to Ed Morse Cadillac knowing I would be coming home with my new Cadi in part thanks to my husband who is the best wheeler dealer there is! Our I went to Ed Morse Cadillac knowing I would be coming home with my new Cadi in part thanks to my husband who is the best wheeler dealer there is! Our first trip did not culminate in the purchase, which to me is part of the process. But within two days I received the call I wanted, they were meeting our price offer. Our offer was not unreasonable, we knew it was doable, was not our first, second or third rodeo, but more likely our 10th or more buying a new car. The process is surely much easier than in past years, not too much pressure. Eric Clark is a very pleasant and likable person, treated us with respect and we did visa versa as one should when conducting business. Great dealership for out of state purchase! I was not finding the car I was looking for locally so expanded to a nationwide search.
