Karen was so helpful again this time which was a great help in picking out the model with the equipment I wanted, not under equipped or over equipped. Just right, she completely knows her product. Kevin was super in explaining all the paper work. I went back a week later to have some extras added that I wanted and Mike was ready and waiting to take care of it. All the employees are completely professional and a pleasure to work with. The sales and service areas are always sparkling and comfortable. Will I go back to Ed Morse for my next Cadillac? Absolutely! I enjoy the performance of the XT5. But I miss the Adaptive Cruise Control I had on my previous SRX but that is Cadillac"s fault for not including it on this model. More

Here's what wowed me: 1) I was able to do all negotiating via email, in the comfort of my home office. 2) My salesperson, Jeremy Metsky, actually paid attention to what I noted as important, and addressed all my concerns. 3) Ed Morse Cadillac made it clear from the beginning they wanted my business and worked with me on pricing, to make it a win/win. 4) I challenged Jeremy to get my purchase completed with me spending less than 2 hours at the dealership. He worked with me to get as much of the processing done prior to my arrival, and I left the dealership in my new XT5 in 1 hour and 50 minutes... Gold Star! More

Painless New Car Purchase I went to Ed Morse Cadillac knowing I would be coming home with my new Cadi in part thanks to my husband who is the best wheeler dealer there is! Our I went to Ed Morse Cadillac knowing I would be coming home with my new Cadi in part thanks to my husband who is the best wheeler dealer there is! Our first trip did not culminate in the purchase, which to me is part of the process. But within two days I received the call I wanted, they were meeting our price offer. Our offer was not unreasonable, we knew it was doable, was not our first, second or third rodeo, but more likely our 10th or more buying a new car. The process is surely much easier than in past years, not too much pressure. Eric Clark is a very pleasant and likable person, treated us with respect and we did visa versa as one should when conducting business. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Cadillac. Thank you Eric & Ed Morse for helping me purchase my 2nd Cadi in what I hope is a long term relationship with Cadillac ownership.
