It didn’t come as much from the salesmen as it did from management. The last straw for me was my conversation with Kevin Roberts, a business manager at the Tampa store. The details aren’t important nor do I want to spend any more time on this than is absolutely necessary. Enter at your own risk. The salesman you will encounter will probably be fine - they want to SELL you a vehicle. Watch out for management... Although I could walk in and buy the truck I want cash, I won’t. They can obviously live without my business. More

The was no pressure and dealing with the sales associate, sales manager and finance manager was a pleasure, which is not typical in most dealerships...one or more of the players is not so nice. I did not have to spend much time waiting on the paperwork, as they prepared most of it ahead as i requested. Delivery of the vehicle was prompt and the entire experience was nice, not aggravating.
