Not your normal dealership experience! I went to the dealership looking for a certain vehicle and a certain price. The was no pressure and dealing with the sales associate, sales manager and finance manager was a pleasure, which is not typical in most dealerships...one or more of the players is not so nice. I did not have to spend much time waiting on the paperwork, as they prepared most of it ahead as i requested. Delivery of the vehicle was prompt and the entire experience was nice, not aggravating. There was a very nice selection of vehicles to choose from. He even made sure that the XT5 was the best vehicle for our needs. We felt like we were in a candy store as a child.
