Great car shopping experience I went to specifically see an ATS advertised on the internet. I quickly met Jean Papy and he immediately knew the car I wanted to see. He gave me detailed information about the features of the car and we test drove it. His knowledge regarding the vehicle was extensive. There was no pressure or tricks. We agreed on the price without games. He was very honest and straightforward. Once the decision to purchase was made he efficiently executed the paper work. I was also very pleased with Marc, the used car manager. He treated me with respect. The financial part was quickly and thoroughly handled by Steve Hoover. Before I left Jean spent an hour helping me learn and set up the electronic features in the car. He even helped me move my belongings from the old car to the new.
