Most salesmen push a sale, let alone make the experience well worth it. Honestly the first time at Ed Morse I felt unwelcomed, as the salesmen and manager didn't make me feel like they wanted to give a "good deal." Understanding the seller world and my own experiences and knowledge, it was fair in my eyes. So luckily I didn't give up, as during my first experience I met Robert, who presented himself knowledgeable and excited about the vehicle itself. So dealing with him in the second go around was just what I needed. From helpful, knowledgeable and straightforward is what buyers need. Hopefully others there follow his example, as giving and agreeing to "a deal" is what the car buying is all about. Even when after the sale things were found needing attention, he offered assistance.... making this experience bad to great.. Thanks Robert, as you deserve a review! Jeep on!! More

I had shopped three other dealers and this dealer offered the best deal. When I got to the dealer everything was exactly as promised with no attempt to change our deal nor upsell me. I was very happy with the dealings on my car. As an aside, I had another person with me who is actively in the market for an upscale new car and when I asked the salesman (not Katrina);to show my friend the nicest new one in the showroom he said that I should wait for next years models. He never showed my friend a new one. The friend is out looking for new ones of other brands right now. Back to the review, everything with my sale and new xt5 was wonderful, but they may have lost another sale by refusing to even show their cars to my friend (who can easily afford a new Cadillac). More
