Honestly the first time at Ed Morse I felt unwelcomed, as the salesmen and manager didn't make me feel like they wanted to give a "good deal." Understanding the seller world and my own experiences and knowledge, it was fair in my eyes. So luckily I didn't give up, as during my first experience I met Robert, who presented himself knowledgeable and excited about the vehicle itself. So dealing with him in the second go around was just what I needed. From helpful, knowledgeable and straightforward is what buyers need. Hopefully others there follow his example, as giving and agreeing to "a deal" is what the car buying is all about.
