To Say these folks deserve 5 stars would be an understatement. They are truly major leaguers, and without a doubt best in class. I believe it begins with management, its easy to see that their General Manager, James Lanzaro sets the bar high, and his folks deliver. From the personal touch that was provided for me from the first moment Tim Jacques and I got together, he was taking photos of my car and texting them too me into the evening, as well as picking me up at the airport and driving me to the dealership in my new car. He then proceeded to call me after I made my way home to making sure I was happy and if there were any questions I had about the car. Lastly, their Finance Director made what usually is the most unpleasant part of the experience one of the best parts of the day. He had my paperwork ready to go and was a pleasure to talk with. Charles Lauria was a true professional and really made me feel that he had provided me with the best deal possible.
