This was my most pleasant, trouble-free car buying experience ever (I have purchased at least a half dozen new cars and at least as many used vehicles, all from dealers). It was essentially a no-hassl experience ever (I have purchased at least a half dozen new cars and at least as many used vehicles, all from dealers). It was essentially a no-hassle experience with all my initial expectations met and/or exceeded. The car contains many features unfamiliar to me but all were effectively and efficiently explained by my sales rep. I felt completely at home and comfortable with the car before I even got it home. Obviously I've had no experience with the service aspect of this dealership, but from all observations that appears to be a well-run and clean facility. In fact, I'd like to think that the absence of cars awaiting service would be sure evidence of the high quality of the products (cars and SUVs) represented by this business. I am extremely pleased with my new car, and I think the folks at Ed Morse Cadillac for their honest and friendly service. More

Mr. Marty Michaels, Service Associate, is a superb representation of what Cadillac stands out. We have owned several other Cadillacs in the past. He always goes out of his way to make sure that we are completely taken care of, have everything we need and is a valuable asset to this dealership. Before any work is attempted, Service Manager Steve Gianuzzi and Master Service Advisor Martin meticulously explain the issue, possible alternatives and pricing. There is never at anytime the use of high pressured sales pitches. The quality of work is peerless. We have never had to return to the dealership for inadequate or incomplete servicing. Products used are of premier quality and their durability exceeds our expectations. Every service visit ends with a thorough cleaning and polishing that surpasses the efforts of most commercial car washing services Even under the most trying circumstances (intense Florida temperatures - 98 degrees or more-, high humidity and heavy workloads, Mr.Gianuzzi (everyone calls him Steve) and Martin are witty, jovial and friendly. This positive attitude is true of all the other Ed Morse employees whom we have met.
