I had not purchased an American car in over 40 years until last September (2024) when I decided to buy and American made car for a few reasons. To support an American manufacturer and frankly, because the leasing costs of BMW and Mercedes went through the roof. I decided on the iconic American brand of Cadillac and purchased a CT-5. Loved the car, love the price and the performance for bout 9 months. A couple of weeks ago it started bucking, almost stalling when idling. I brought it in for service last Thursday and, as usual, the promised loaner was not available at Ed Morse Cadillac Delray where I purchased it. They offered me a paid-for Toyota from Enterprise which I declined and opted for an Uber ride home. This morning I received an email from the service department that the entire engine has to be replaced. Why not, with 7,900 miles it's probably time, right? When I asked how long it is going to take before I get my car back, I was told, "Usually takes about six weeks, but let's wait and see." I said okay, I want to pickup a CADILLAC loaner. Oh no, we will TRY to get you an Enterprise car, we can't tie-up a Cadillac loaner for that long. Really????? I bought a new Cadillac and now with 7,900 miles, barely 10 months old, needs a new engine and I can't even get a Cadillac loaner. As if the situation is not frustrating enough, the arrogance and the attitude that the General Manager of the dealership and the service coordinator are doing me a favor is insufferable. Cadillac and Ed Morse should be ashamed of the product and customer service provided. The only reason I gave them one star is because ZERO is not a choice. More
I bought a couple high end Cadillacs here and even though the management was good the service advisor David Silverman kills this dealership. This advisor never answers his phone or returns emails unless you complain to management then he responds in emails with very short and abrupt responses. Example. I received an email with only the words “Ready”. When I ask was everything repaired I get a short response of “ I’ll speak to you when you pick up the car”. So I go to pick up the car and a few things were not repaired and I’m missing one of my key fobs. After arguing that I gave addl key fobs to his manager he called me a liar in front of other customers. Degrading me in front of other customers because he was too lazy to contact his boss who later called me on the phone to tell me he has it and I should come back to pick it up. Do I get an apology from Mr David Silverman? Not a chance. Will I ever bring my car back to this dealership? As long as David Silverman is the advisor for the EV’s then no I would not go back nor will I purchase another vehicle at ED Morse Delray Cadillac. Maybe after this review his manager will contact me about my many issues with this advisor. I will say the manager I have dealt with Armando has been very pleasant. UPDATE: 7/15/2025 A few days after I posted this review I received a phone call from Armondo one of the managers from Edmorse Delray Cadillac and he wanted to discuss my issue with the Service Advisor. I told him an apology would be nice from David Silverman who is the service Advisor. Later that day Armondo called me back with Mr Silverman in his office and he did offer his apology for his behavior. I did accept his apology and told the manager in the future I would prefer another advisor for future visits and he agreed. More

I originally came into the dealership due to a service request I placed and ended up trading in my 2024 Cadillac CT5 Sedan Sport Turbo model for a showroom 2025 Cadillac CT5 Sedan Sport Turbo. Once I saw it, I could not take my eyes off it and decided I wanted to talk numbers with someone, which is where Alan came into the picture. All said and done, 4 hours later, I closed the deal and departed the dealership with the new showroom model. Very pleased and excited with it and look forward to having and driving it for years to come. Thank-you Alan for all of your patience and making me a very happy customer! Job well done sir. :-) More

I went back to the dealership, a bit concerned, but I was quickly reassured by the professionalism and dedication of Armando Davila, (Assistant General Manager). Mr. Davila personally took care of my car’s needs, ensuring that I was provided with a loaner—a Cadillac Lyriq, which I absolutely loved! I’m now planning to buy one for my wife because of this experience. Armando went above and beyond, keeping me updated throughout the repair process and making sure everything was handled efficiently. Worst experience in the 7 years of having my Escalade serviced at Morse! I was quoted $2,788.21 for a job I had done elsewhere for $1,100. In addition, I was charged a $22.50 disposal fee when nothing wa serviced at Morse! I was quoted $2,788.21 for a job I had done elsewhere for $1,100. I recently had my 2018 ATS serviced and repaired. Joe Ortiz was my contact. Joe did everything he told me he would do. He called me couple times to update me on everything. Their service department takes advantage of women when they go there with a repair. Took my vehicle and the service advisor said the tires had to be the same as what was on the vehicle so the charge was h they go there with a repair. When the service was complete, I looked and the tire was NOT the same and when I asked, the advisor, Jeffrey Jones stated, "I don't sell the original tires because they have stopped making them". When I showed them the exact tire at Walmart -they would not match the price(even though they advertise this) Mr. Jones said, "what do you want me to do, remove the tire now". Never priced matched and the manager said he would send me a gift card for $100.00 as long as I didn't report it. SCAM More
