Had a great convo with Gavin just last year about a deal. I saw him post about a vehicle, and I knew my friend needed a vehicle. After a few moments of paperwork, the car was hers and she was ever so happy. Gavin was easy going to talk to and always friendly, and with the car dealership he going through now, I expect he had just gotten better at what he does. I just want to let Gavin know that he is doing a fantastic job, and when the time comes for myself to get a new car again, I hope he will still be here to help me out! More

The service department isn't as friendly as they used to be, they are much more aloof. I don't think the quality of work has been compromised, but it's so disheartening that people just stopped being frien be, they are much more aloof. I would have recommended this place 5 years ago when I bought my car there, but not now. Im a firm believer in being kind and courteous to everyone and being treated in the same manner keeps my business. Sorry, but I felt like you didn't care about me as a customer. More
