After a few moments of paperwork, the car was hers and she was ever so happy. Gavin was easy going to talk to and always friendly, and with the car dealership he going through now, I expect he had just gotten better at what he does. The service department isn't as friendly as they used to be, they are much more aloof. I don't think the quality of work has been compromised, but it's so disheartening that people just stopped being frien be, they are much more aloof.
