I walked in with my mind set and told him what I needed to happened and he did just that "He made it happen". Finance rep Bogdan was another critical part of this purchase and why I will refer my friend and family to Delray Toyota. Not Honest people in the dealer ship This is review about my purchase done in March. They have innovative ways to get money from you even after the deal is done. In my case they tried to This is review about my purchase done in March. They have innovative ways to get money from you even after the deal is done. In my case they tried to change the numbers while preparing the sale deed. Lucky I could see that and got it corrected but somehow the finance manager wanted that additional amount so he cheated by reducing the price but prepared the sale deal as transfer title where as it should be new title. Now second part, they started asking me more money when Title came as the title is new and the sale deed was as transfer. Finance does not respond and he happily sits in his room and makes me wait for hours. After continuous reminders I went to Head Sales Manager he takes a look and denies that the deal is made for new title. He promises that he remembers that the deal is done as transfer where as he clearly see the mistake done. People I know I have the proof that deal was made for new title and all these time I was waiting for them to be honest. NO THEY WERE NOT HONEST and determined to cheat (Feel SAD to know). Now my triumph card, I finally asked for the white paper which we signed while we do the negotiation this had the details that the deal was done for new Title. Again it took them 3 days get that paper (Their last efforts to get money from my pocket). I WON but I think it should share my experience as it might help some one who are in similar situation. First time shoppers please be very careful with this dealer. They are not Honest. More
