Thanks to David Romeo and his department I am always sure that I get fair, professional service. I was assisted in making a decision to try a Rav 4 by Chris Clarke and Joe Giordano. My husband was very surprised when he got home and saw a different car in the driveway, but pleased that I got it at Ed Morse. Another fantastic experience at Ed Morse Delray Toyota Scion As always, I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new Rav 4 at Ed Morse Delray Toyota Scion. I brought in my Scion to the Service Department due As always, I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new Rav 4 at Ed Morse Delray Toyota Scion. I brought in my Scion to the Service Department due to some issues I was having with it. David Romeo, Service Manager, was there to greet me as always. I have taken my vehicles to David for many years because he continues to go out of his way to make sure that any issues are resolved. He is courteous, professional and highly knowledgeable He the reason I continue to purchase my vehicles at the dealership . During my most recent visit, David suggested I take a look at a Rav 4. He recommended I see Chris Clark in the VIP Sales department. Chris was courteous, extremely professional and very easy to work with. When I explained what I was looking for, he took the time find a car with the exact features I requested. He made every effort to find the vehicle in a short amount of time. Instead of having to wait months to have the vehicle I wanted, Chris continued to research and found the car within a day or two. When I arrived in the dealership on the day I picked up the vehicle, I was introduced to Jermaine Bell in Sales. Jermaine took the time to show me the many features of the car, and was a great help in filling out the paperwork required for me to take possession of the vehicle. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions regarding the specifics of my new Rav 4. After finishing with Jermaine, I met with Rick Sansovini in the Finance department. Rick was extremely efficient and knowledgeable, and made the process of establishing financing for my new vehicle a very pleasant one. He was able to explain my options and was a great help in assisting me in choosing what financing worked best for me. I cannot say enough about what a fantastic experience I had dealing with these phenomenal employees-David Romeo, Service Department, Chris Clark, VIP Sales, Jermaine Bell, Sales and Rick Sansovini, Financing.
