The service department under the leadership of Dave Romeo is the epitome of how a service department should operate. Dave is honest, reliable, and trustworthy, something you don't often find in this industry. The quality of work is exceptional and wait time is very reasonable. He is consistently pleasant but more than that is honest and thorough. I now take all of my cars to this Toyota dealership in Delray Beach. When it came time to buy a new Toyota of coarse I went to David for advice. He walked me to the a gentleman by the name of Chris Clark. He made sure that he understood just what it was we wanted out of our new vehicle and who would be our best fit. We were introduced to Jermaine Bell. He took over and made our purchase simple, smooth and believable it or not.... enjoyable. Who would have thought! We purchased our 2016 4Runner and couldn't be happier. Everyone from service all the way through the finance and paperwork were great. More

IPM Recall and General Maintenance I researched any potential issues based on messages on my '10 Prius, called Toyota in advance to do a little research and ultimately they linked me up I researched any potential issues based on messages on my '10 Prius, called Toyota in advance to do a little research and ultimately they linked me up with Ed Morse Toyota Delray where I set an appointment with John Allsopp. Mr. Allsopp made it very clear to me in the beginning that he'd shoot me straight, and all of which was done. The issue I showed up for was indeed covered under warranty and I addressed some other routine stuff (battery, cabin filter, oil change, tire rotation, etc.) as well. Any applicable coupons that John had available to his use, were applied. He kept me very informed every step of the way as to what was being done to the vehicle. Terrible Experience We visited this dealership as we were interested in a Camry SE with extra bells & whistles. We were ready to go forward with the deal (Derek Kadian wa We visited this dealership as we were interested in a Camry SE with extra bells & whistles. We were ready to go forward with the deal (Derek Kadian was our salesman) but we wanted the car in Pre Dawn Mica. Apparently they didn't have this color car in stock & wouldn't/couldn't get it from another dealership. They only wanted to sell us the white which we didn't want. When we asked for the price of the Camry it wasn't provided. Then Kent Smith a "manager" came out & told us he has a special Avalon with a special deal for us. Firstly, this was clearly a bait & switch. Then Kent Smith wouldn't give us the price even though we asked several times. Our trade in value was raised $4000 in 5 minutes but he still wouldn't give us a number on the Avalon price. This allowed him to manipulate the numbers without us having all the figures. We got up & left & while we were about to drive away Derek came running after us & the lease rate was reduced $100 if we would come back. Obviously we didn't & would never return to that dealership. More
PERFECTION AGAIN!!! I took my Chrysler Aspen in for service for a full health check-up. Sincere, courteous, knowledgable, professional, trustworthy etc..... need I say mo I took my Chrysler Aspen in for service for a full health check-up. The service on my vehicle was top notch as well. I have a Dodge/Chrysler dealer within 5 minutes of my house but will always drive the extra 30 minutes as a result of the service I get at Delray Toyota and David Romeo. Thank you once again!!!!! Simply the best place to service your car. I have a Toyota and a Nissan and both vehicles are taken to Ed Morse Toyota. The work is always done right and my 2000 Ava place to service your car. I have a Toyota and a Nissan and both vehicles are taken to Ed Morse Toyota. The work is always done right and my 2000 Avalon is still running like new. New facility is gorgeous. All staff members go above and beyond to exceed your expectations. The waiting is nice and even has a place for kid activities. Highly recommend these guys especially Dave Romeo. He has been servicing my vehicles for over 12 years. More
