Taken advantage of and misled by salesman DON’T EVEN THINK OF GOING THERE!!! I’m a 77 year old widow and they sure saw me coming. I went in for a 2015 Camry SE, 6 cyl. w/leather seats. I ended up with a 4 cylinder, cloth seat for more than a 6 cyl. would cost at another dealer. The salesman actually convinced me that I had to pay full sticker price if I wanted their special financing deal. Other dealers told me that was not true. He would not negotiate the price of the car. Then he told me that because my trade-in had been in an accident, he could only give me $2000 because the car could not be re-sold. I saw my old car on their website the following week for $6900. I went back the next day to cancel the deal, but because there is no 3 day cancellation on a car purchase in Florida they wouldn't even discuss it but they did give me $1000 off the price and redid the purchase agreement. What does that tell you? I blame myself for not doing my research before I went to Ed Morse…but they really did take advantage of me. DON’T GO THERE!!! More

THE BEST!!!!!! I recently brought my Chrysler Aspen in for service (preparing for a big road trip) at Ed Morse Delray Toyota. I met with Service Manager Dave Romeo I recently brought my Chrysler Aspen in for service (preparing for a big road trip) at Ed Morse Delray Toyota. I met with Service Manager Dave Romeo (AMAZING GUY!!!!!! A TRUE PROFESSIONAL) I advised him of my upcoming trip and wanted a full check of my vehicle. Though I've already had my vehicle in for A/C issues at Chrysler 2xs in the past year (Chrysler said A/C is fine.......NOT) I mentioned the issue to Romeo who looked further into it. He found the A/C to be very low on Freon (good job Chrysler) with the the likely hood of a leak going on. Furthermore, Mr. Romeo advised as a result of the conditions of the front brakes and the belt, he wouldn't let his own family go on a road trip in this vehicle. All were replaced along with a oil change and tire rotation. After dropping off my vehicle, I had to get to work. As a result of looking into the A/C issue, the vehicle was kept overnight for further evaluation. To avoid any inconvenience, Mr. Romeo had the vehicle dropped off at my work the next day. SERIOUSLY, how can you beat customer service like that???? YOU CAN"T!!!! THANK YOU MR. DAVE ROMEO!!! I WILL ONLY USE ED MORSE DELRAY TOYOTA FOR ALL MY VEHICLES SERVICE NEEDS More

Perfection At It's Best!!!! I recently noticed a nail in the sidewall of my tire. Living in northern West Palm Beach and working in Deerfield Beach, I was stressed because I had I recently noticed a nail in the sidewall of my tire. Living in northern West Palm Beach and working in Deerfield Beach, I was stressed because I had to be at work in 9 hours. Risking it, I drove to work very carefully since I hadn't lost any tire pressure yet. And YES I made it to work. Now my only issue was getting my newly purchased car to DELRAY TOYOTA. I called service and spoke to Service Manager, DAVE ROMEO. Let me just say, he treated me like I was Mr. Delray Toyota. Courteous, extremely accommodating, professional, friendly, etc. Mr. Romeo had my vehicle picked up for service from my Deerfield Beach job and later returned to me the same day all while I worked.
