My wife and I went in to look at a Prius 2 and had to wait 10 minutes at the front desk for one of the internet sale people to come out after they were paged twice. We were given the friendly greeting and handed off to Bernie Davis who took us into his office to go over our color choice. This process took around 15 minutes as we came in wanting the internet pricing which Bernie acted like it was a huge deal to get the color we wanted for the "Special price" In the middle of web searching he left to help out another customer which we thought was odd. We took a test drive and when we got back Bernie had to go ask if the prius we picked out would be approved under the internet pricing ( which it was if you go to their website) Bernie left my wife and I and 6 month old baby in his office for 30 minutes waitng for an answer so we decided to leave. As we were walking out we saw Bernie sitting in the manager's office talking and we waived to him and he ignored us. I will never buy from any Ed Morse dealership again. More
Dave has been taking care of my parents car since they purchased it. My dad always complimented Dave on taking care of him so graciously and quickly. since my dad's passing we have continued to experience purchased it. We know that when we take our car in that it will not be an all day affair he gets us in and out very fast. We have recommended your dealership to friends and tell them to deal with Dave and when they do they rave about him. When we leave your dealership after a service appointment we are assured that the work was done correctly and we even get a clean car when they are done. Our hats are off to Dave Romeo for his work ethic! More

I had a problem with my AC. Howie and I finally connected and I believe it was Naim? or Niam who was the tech on my car. They placed dye in the system and checked it out.I still need to return so they can ch and I believe it was Naim? or Niam who was the tech on my car. Over the years I've dealt with many car dealerships for a number of different vehicles. All too often in the past, I've taken my vehicle in for a specific service, only to be told the other "recommended services" (which are often presented as something you must have done if you expect to drive your vehicle again). You have that uneasy feeling that you're getting screwed! I've never had this kind of experience at Ed Morse Delray Toyota, or with Susan Fox. As a result, they have a very satisfied customer, and when it come time for another vehicle, I'll get it from that dealership. In the mean time, it's the only place I'll go for service on my Toyota.
