I met with Marlene to discuss my options. The dealer picked up my wife at my suggestion and we then both talked to Marlene who was extremely helpful. We finalized a lease arragngement for a 2011 Rav 4 Sport. All in all it was a wonderful experience made easy by both Richie and Marlene. More
Because of the Toyota situation in Japan, we wanted to know if it was wise to renegotiate the lease on our '09 Toyota Camry now or let it run out. We were met by Andy Cotler, a sales manager, who evaluated our car thoroughly and discussed how we could benefit by turning in our car and renegotiating the terms of our lease. he listened to us and was well aware of our needs and fiscal resources. The deal was too good to pass by. Then he turned us over to Joseph Almeraris, sales consultant. We test drove the 2011 Camry, looked at the colors, etc. they filled out all the papers for us, renewed our insurance, registered the car in our names while we drank cappachino. We left the showroom with a new soft green Toyota Camry and smiles on our faces. This is the third time we have secured a car from Ed Morse's dealership. Their service has always be excellent and they treat the customer with dignity. More

I purchased my toyota about three years ago. Every time I come in for service I get treated with the best customer service.
