Horrible service My daughter came in 2 weeks for an oil change with an appt at 10. Sad to say it took 3 hours for her service to be completed which in that time, her a My daughter came in 2 weeks for an oil change with an appt at 10. Sad to say it took 3 hours for her service to be completed which in that time, her adivsor disappeared and went to lunch and no one offered to help my daughter which her keys were sitting on her adivsor's desk. My daughter finally got her car back in which she discovered her glove compartment was searched through as well whoever serviced her car left thier tools inside the car. I immediately called left a voicemail for dave/david service mgr never received a called back so that following mon called to speak with Nicole(customer relations) amd still never revieved a call from her either. At this moment I'm so disgusted and upset that no one even cares about customer service anymore. Dont think I will be going back to them. More
