Toyota Satisfaction I came in Saturday to the service section with a small problem and it was handled immediately by "John" who says he is new at Toyota. Previously my regular service adviser was John Alsopp who I was told retired in January. Anyway, the new John was a big help, so from now on I'll ask for him. Except I don't know his last name. More
