The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they forgot to reset the oil life, so soon after returning home I got the message that the oil needed to be changed. Diagnosed my issue with my truck wrong the first time so I made another appointment. Got the truck in for that appointment and called the next day to find out it hadn’t been looked at yet. When they finally looked at it, they told me all struts were bad but I wanted them to rotate my tires anyway and I told them I’ll be there in an hour, they said it would be done……it wasn’t when I arrived so the tires did not get rotated. I did not believe that the struts were the cause of my issue so I took it somewhere else. After having my truck for a half hour this other place contacted me and said it was just out of alignment and everything on my truck is very solid. They re-aligned it and it’s like driving a new truck! I will never ever go back to Ed Morse! Good thing I didn’t spend over 2 grand to replace my struts through them! More
