Got over charged for the works oil change with tires rotated! went from $70 to $111! was suppose to wash our truck and never did for the 2 nd time ! The place is a mess! They are under construction an rotated! went from $70 to $111! was suppose to wash our truck and never did for the 2 nd time ! The place is a mess! They are under construction and took us forever to find the place to sit where we could wait for truck! waited for 1 1/2 hr for it to be serviced!! such a mess! will not be going back to have oil changes any more! Have an appointment Tuesday but only because the part is under warranty! We have at least 4 recalls on our 2020 F150 and they haven’t got us parts on any of them! One is for the tailgate which they ordered part for it at least 6 months ago at our last oil change and they knew nothing about it or where the part was! Not going back! More
