Ed Morse Honda is the absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I went to Ed Morris Honda to buy my son a car. I told the salesman I wanted to put down 2K when asked. He said I’ll be right back an ever dealt with. I went to Ed Morris Honda to buy my son a car. I told the salesman I wanted to put down 2K when asked. He said I’ll be right back and less than five minutes later the finance manager comes outside telling me I need to put down another $3000 because that’s what the bank is requiring. He told me that Ally bank approved my loan. I told the dealership that I would be back Monday afternoon to purchase the car as it was a Saturday and the bank is closed on Sunday. When I called Monday after I got out of work at 5 o’clock to let them know I was going to head up there they told me that somebody at that exact moment was there purchasing the vehicle. They told me they had another one exactly like it coming in on the truck in 2 days and that they would put my name on it. So I drove up to the dealership to purchase the car when I got there they told me the car was not available that they dealer traded it. They said they had no cars and suddenly the salesman told me They just had one come off the truck in a different color and model but I had to come back in the morning to pick it up so they’re able to log the car into their system. When I sat with the finance manager Mr. Lovett he told me that he can get me a better rate from a different bank if I put down an additional $400 more so I did. Come to find that there was never another offer made by another bank that Ally bank was the only company that accepted my financing. When I called back three weeks after taking possession of the car, I spoke with Ralph Simon finance director and asked him why I paid an additional $400 when Ally bank was the only bank that approved my financing. I received six letters in the mail from different financial institutions telling me that they regret to inform me that they could not finance my vehicle. So there was never a second offer and Mr. Lovett lied to me, committed fraud, and robbed me for $400 more. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. They will do everything they can to get as much money out of your pocket as possible at any and all cost. BEWARE They Gave my Social Security number to six different finance companies that each ran a hard inquiry on my credit. When I called Ed Morris back I asked to speak to the general manager David or Ted Morris the owner. A gentleman named Paul answered the phone said he was the manager and asked if he could help me I said no thank you I’d like to speak to David. He told me David was not available I asked him if he would leave David a message to call me Paul then went on to ask me what this was pertaining to and I told him that I would like to discuss it with David. He then got very hostile with me on the phone and hung up on me. I called back four or five times and each time got sent to voicemail.Don’t be fooled by these clowns …… More

Chris Prager, Sales Manager, sent me an email regarding my lease on my Honda. He was letting me know that my lease is up in 6 months and that I could come in a choose my new Honda or extend my lease. I emailed twice, called several times. He has not returned any of my emails or calls. Do these car salespeople just send out mass emails and dont bother answering them unless you say you want to buy a new car. Previous to these emails, a salesgirl was calling me WEEKLY asking me to trade in my lease early. I imagine its because of the used car shortage. I decided after this "Sales Manager" can't be bothered to return calls or emails (which he initiated), that I will trade my lease in TO NISSAN. They said they will pay off the remainder of my lease, the buyout and get me into a new vehicle. I was going to just extend my lease, or buyout my car but I cant get a call back. I will not deal with Ed Morse again. And this is how a Sales Manager handles his long time customers. NO THANKS! More
My go to Honda Dealership for Both New Car purchases and parts and service. I purchased my 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid new from Ed Morse. The Ed Morse Automotive Group has always treated me fair on the New parts and service. I purchased my 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid new from Ed Morse. The Ed Morse Automotive Group has always treated me fair on the New Car deals, but it has an exceptional Service Department that has keep my car in tip top shape for over 118,000 miles. They have taken excellent care of both the car and me. I lolok forward to buying my next car from them and continuing to use their excellent Service Department. More
Worse experience ever!!! I was very pleased with the excellent and cordial service that I received. I would definitely recommend always Honda Ed Morse for Amazing customer service, attention and effectiveness. I believe sales it’s the same NEVER has purchase anything I get my New Honda Civic 2021 in Miami but I guess if someone from sales call me before to offer and approach me my new car I would love get my new car with that Dealer .but unfortunately never happened.
