Slow start at first I checked in for a 9:45 AM appointment. My service person couldn't be found, so another person tried to help but couldn't find my appointment. He quoted me a fair price and advised that it would take approximately 1hr & 20 mins to have my 6K mile service done (it was a Saturday and I didn't have an appointment). I went into a clean, comfortable waiting area and true to his word, my car was ready in the time promised. I especially appreciated that there were no greasy sales up-sells attempts for additional services or products, which actually makes me WANT to support Ed Morse Honda because I generally have an aversion dealerships for that very reason. Typically my husband would handle car-related issues for me, but he was out of town and I went in with my guard up only to have my faith restored... the saying is definitely true..for value and for service, it's Ed Morse!
