Service Department Saved the Day! I recently purchased a new Honda Pilot. During my way to work I ran over a nail and the tire pressure light came on. I went to 2 tire places to quick I recently purchased a new Honda Pilot. During my way to work I ran over a nail and the tire pressure light came on. I went to 2 tire places to quickly try to have it repaired and get back to work. The first location had a 5 hour minimum weight time. The second location checked the tire and let me know the tire was not able to be patched and I would need to purchase a new tire. I contacted Honda, totally upset because I just purchased the car and didn't think to put road hazard on (lesson learned). The lady I spoke to was able to get me an appointment right away. She told me to ask for Max when I arrived. Max assisted me, got the tire replaced, oil changes, tires balanced and rotated and my car washed in 1 hour! It really was a full service job on what could have been my lunch break. It took me an hour between the 2 tire places that could not help me. Best of all the tire only cost $135, so the notion that the "dealer is more expensive" is false. Great job by Max and the Honda Service Team! Everyone is always so friendly and available whenever needed. More

Took it right to Honda and they checked it right away, while also patching one of my tires.... was in and out in just over an hour, and found the car to be washed as well!
