Did Not Return Rental Costing $1500 Which They Refuse To Pay I had an airbag recall on my Honda Pilot, and Honda America gave me authorization to cover the cost of a rental car until the repair was done. When the repair was completed and they gave me my Pilot, Juan from Ed Morse Honda told me they would return the rental, so I left it with them. Some time later I received a $1500 bill from Hertz because the car was returned 38 DAYS AFTER I LEFT IT AT THE DEALERSHIP!! I called Juan and others from Ed Morse many times, and called American Honda about once a week for many months and they refused to pay the bill. Ed Morse has not returned my calls and American Honda has given me the runaround for a long time. I had to pay the bill when it went to collections. Ed Morse Honda is a sleazy operation, they do not care about their customers. I am screwed out of $1500. B.S. Go to Braman Honda or anywhere else. More

I probably have had between 15 to 20 seperate transactions with him and your dealership over that time period. I would be scared to take the risk of buying a car somewhere else because of him. The color and style are important but more important is who's going to take care of you and the car after you sign the check on delivery day. More
