I have compared my service experience to my husband's-he has bought 3 cars-not Hondas-from another well known local dealer. Ed Morse is the best by far. Ben Geiger, in the service department, has taken car of my last few cars. I know I am in good hands. The service managers have always been first rate too. I highly recommend this dealer. More

Everyone there were extremely personable, friendly, and wanting to please us as customers. We greatly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere after visiting so many other car dealerships which were not welcoming. My husband and I already owned a 1208 Honda Accord and have always been very happy with it. We wanted to purchase a new car and contacted Ed Morse by phone to inquire prices and rates. They requested w have always been very happy with it. We wanted to purchase a new car and contacted Ed Morse by phone to inquire prices and rates. They requested we come in and look into the new models as well as the new Accord. We went in after I got out of work at 8:00 p.m. We were told to ask for Chris Prager (sales Consultant). He was not only helpful, knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. He was a pleasure doing business with. We decided on the new 2012 Accord and he answered all of our questions and concerns. We than went through the financing with Ralph Mandario who also was very friendly and helpful with deciding what avenue which was best for us. We got a great deal and a fantastic rate. We drove our new car home that night and couldn't believe how plesant it was to do business with such professionals. It was a great experience and would recommand Ed Morse for your next car purchase. Toni was 100% attentive to what we were looking for. Her patience with my indecision on what options and even what color car I wanted to buy we're outstanding. She acted as if she had nothing to do but serve my needs and answer my questions. If she was in the least bit unsure she got a book and found the answer. She set up my radio etcetera for me I never even had to ask her to do that. I wanted to add leather seats and a trailer hitch to my new car and she met me at the service dept and introduced me to Hameed. He was also very kind and courteous. I am delighted with the additions made. I called Toni a week later and ask how to set up my Bluetooth (I didn't have time when I bought the car) and she invited me to come over and she did that for me too. My mp3player wouldnt work so she asked someone from the service dept to come and see what he could do. Unfortunately my mp3 player was not compatible with my Honda. Everyone was stellar in their customer service. We have already sent one friend to Toni Quatrale. Our friend purchased a new car. I am now trying to convince my daughter and son-in-law to buy from her rather than buying a Ford thanks to Toni. More
I was upside down with the ownership of a 2008 Cadillac and I wanted to buy a new 2012 Honda Pilot. I could not get the deal I wanted anywhere. Sam and Toni finally came up with a deal I could live with for a leased 2012 pilot. I am extremely happy with my new 2012 pilot and just as happy that I am out of the Cadillac car payment. Everyone at Ed Morse Honda did everything to make this deal happen and I thank them very much. Luis Collazo was able to reduce my car payments even more.
