Chris and Kenny were absolutely amazing…I received a call from my mechanic at 3PM, Bad news and honestly I didn’t even care to put the money into my car so I decided to do a trade. I was on the phone with C from my mechanic at 3PM, Bad news and honestly I didn’t even care to put the money into my car so I decided to do a trade. I was on the phone with Chris by 3:45PM. Kenny got the application over to me before 4PM and by 8PM I was approved for my BRAND NEW 2026!!! I have never had such a seamless experience seriously going to the dealership has always been as long a work shift for me. Hours and hours of waiting, and sometimes leaving disappointed! This was a walk in the park, I will be back for my services and to get my tints that are included, Yes included!!! Loved this entire experience and I’d do it a million times over. When you come here ask for THIS duo, Chris & Kenny!!! More

Had a disappointing experience at Ed Napelton Acura. We called ahead of time to arrange for the vehicle we were interested in. Our sales person was Faris who was friendly. Their website listing had clear itemized and final pricing (minus sales tax) and made no mention of any additional parts/ services installed on the vehicle. Unfortunately they tried adding on $499 for wheel locks (which cost a fraction of that at Acura’s parts center). This was misleading and felt deceptive. I wouldn’t recommend shopping for a vehicle here. More

Recently, I brought my vehicle in for a service issue that unexpectedly carried a charge. Christopher Mancari, the General Sales Manager, stepped in, spoke directly with the service department, and completely took care of it for me. He was incredibly courteous and helpful in resolving the situation. I give the sales department a well-deserved 5 stars and highly recommend them! More
