BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP. The service I’ve received from the Acura side of this dealership has been extremely disappointing. When I bring my vehicle to an Acura dealership, I expect it to be treated with professionalism and care. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. While inspecting my vehicle myself, I discovered that an aftermarket NAPA oil filter had been installed instead of an Acura OEM filter. When I purchased my vehicle, I also purchased a prepaid maintenance plan and an in-house warranty package totaling over $2,000. Despite that investment, every service visit has come with issues. The first two times I attempted to bring my vehicle in for service, I was told they were “too busy” and that I needed to come back another day. I scheduled those visits on my days off from work, which was frustrating, but I chose not to make an issue out of it. For my most recent appointment, I scheduled an early morning visit specifically to avoid that situation happening again. I was then told the service would still take three hours. When I asked if they could skip the MPI to help speed things up, I was told, “The tech is going to be thrilled about that, but it’s still going to take three hours.” Another issue I’ve consistently noticed is that my phone number and email address are often altered or entered incorrectly on my final service invoice. When I point it out, the response is usually just “okay,” with no effort made to correct it. At this point, it feels intentional, especially considering customers rely on that information to receive Acura customer satisfaction surveys. It gives the impression that the dealership is more concerned about protecting its CSI score than addressing customer concerns honestly.( I will update this review with more pictures once I find my invoices.) I truly do not enjoy leaving negative reviews. Before posting this, I made multiple attempts to contact the Acura team directly to resolve my concerns professionally. Unfortunately, my calls were repeatedly redirected to the Kia department instead. Ironically, the Kia staff has been far more helpful and courteous throughout this process. At this point, I’ve lost confidence in this dealership. I will not be using the remaining services I ALREADY PAID FOR, and I will not be purchasing another vehicle here. It’s especially disappointing because I was actively considering purchasing an MDX, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I would strongly recommend others consider doing the same. More
The worst dealer I ever tried to buy a vehicle from, This is a Acura dealer, but it building look like it never been renovated, the salesman dresses and conducts themself like they work for a buy here pay he is a Acura dealer, but it building look like it never been renovated, the salesman dresses and conducts themself like they work for a buy here pay here. I called ahead 3 to 4 times to come buy a Acura Certified 2025 TLX, I was assured over the phone that the price was 42500 plus a 350 doc fee and taxes, and that they would accept my CHASE APPROVED LOAN. I drove 3.5 hours from Indiana to buy this car, When I got there nobody knew I was coming, ( but I had a reservation) . The car was not even in the lot, but in another lot, I had to drive with the salesman to get it, but the lots doors were locked, after they sent someone else to get it and brough it back, I checked the car, the miles were 550 not the 152 advertised(not big deal), I notices the windows were tinted, ( not shown on the pics). As soon I sat down the salesman hand me a QR code to fill an application, I told about my chase approval, to which he replied I still needed to fill the application, from here on the conversation turned tense, he came back really quick claiming they could not find it, I told him there was two pages, came back and added the last 4 of our socials, in the mean time he brought the invoice for the car, to which they added a $2500 for a paint protection, $499 for wheel locks and $399 for the window tint. Then came back insisting that I needed to reapplied to find the application, when I refuse the finance manager came out all angry and mean, raising his voice claiming he needed me to do that for him to do his job, and I did not like I could just leave. I told to just do it my name then. In the mean time we started discussing the excessive add on, The salesman argued that the wheel lock were already installed, and they were labor to installs them, even though Acura sell those for $75 as an accessory, after arguing back and forth he concluded that because they selling the car so low, I had to get screw with those adds, I offered to refuse the paint protection and either the $500 wheel nuts or the $399. He went and came and said NO they all had to stay. I had to drive back to indiana with my $10000 for down payment. Just One way to described these people HUTLERS More
Ardi was the best salesman I have ever ever met. He was very helpful and made the process as simple as possible with the help of Stiven. I would recommend him to all my family and friends. Part 2: After my initial experience, the service department agreed to provide the two items I originally requested when purchasing my vehicle, window tinting and painted brake calipers. This was cle department agreed to provide the two items I originally requested when purchasing my vehicle, window tinting and painted brake calipers. This was clearly done in an attempt to prevent me from submitting my first review. The window tinting was completed without issue, though again I was not offered a loaner or Lyft but a shuttle ride to work. When it came time to paint the calipers, everything went downhill. First, they claimed they couldn’t find anyone to do the job. Then I was told an employee in the service department could paint them, but only if I signed a waiver that would void my brake warranty. This waiver was pushed by the service manager, Bryan, and I refused. No customer should be pressured into signing away a warranty for a service the dealership has done for me before on my 2023 Kia K5, Wade handled this, without any waiver and without any issues afterward. Their next “solution” was to order caliper covers. They didn’t fit. So once again, we were right back at the beginning. They had my car 15 days and still did not complete the work. To make matters worse, there was little to no communication initiated by them. I had to constantly reach out just to find out what was happening with my own vehicle. Although I was given a loaner this time, I ended up in it for two weeks while absolutely nothing was accomplished. It is extremely disappointing that after trying to stop me from posting an honest review, the dealership still failed to follow through on their own promises. I should not be inconvenienced, pressured to void my warranty by Bryan, left without my car for 15 days, or forced to chase down updates because of their inability to deliver what they agreed to. This is not how loyal, long-term customers should be treated, and it only strengthens every concern raised in my first review. More
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE if u want to be ripped off. Finance person named Kiki tacked on $4k worth of warranty that i didnt agree on and tried to play it off like it was a misunderstanding. Not even an Finance person named Kiki tacked on $4k worth of warranty that i didnt agree on and tried to play it off like it was a misunderstanding. Not even an apology ftom her either. She kept insisting on my monthly budget and how she can lower it for me, even extending my loan term. Luckily i questioned her breakdown and thats when i saw the addtl $4k(6yr warranty) charge(i only agreed to 2yr warranty for $1.2k. Vehicle also had a side mirror that needed replacement that they agreed on. The day my pregnant wife took in vehicle they told her it will take 2hrs, 2 hrs later they say itll be 4hrs, 4hrs later they said they cant finish it. They couldve at least given her a loaner at 2hrs. When they finally gave her a loaner, it was the smallest Kia u can imagine. The MDX i bought also had a scratch on bumper that they promised theyd touch up. They had my mdx for 2 days and when my wife picked it up, the scratch wasnt even touched up. No full tank, tires unevenly inflated, no car wash. Only good thing about this dealer is Wade, the sales guy we dealt with. Very pleasant and transparent guy. Other than that, this place is horrible More
