It was a horrible experience we ever had in car buying. I thought i found the best deal until i realized it at home that the price of the car we bought was over $6,000 of the price we agreed. Can't say enought great things about salesperson Wade Qin and the whole experience at Napleton Acura! I test drove an RDX at Napleton, I talked about my motivation and background with Wade and he suggested and the whole experience at Napleton Acura! He clearly wanted to print the sale but was not at all pushy when I needed more time to think and shop. When I was ready to buy, Morton Grove made a better price offer (online) but then pulled a wicked bait and switch on the pricing and after driving 45 minutes to get there and after nearly 90 minutes on their lot, they were still trying to get me to agree to a monthly payment without knowing the price of the car. It was absolutely ridiculous. And with excellent credit they tried to stick me with 5.9% financing. Crazy. I drove to Napleton Acura and in 5 minutes, I had their best offer, I agreed to the price and we worked through the process of finalizing details. The financing rate was fair, no one was pushy. I'm a woman and I'm not super comfortable in car dealerships but in one day I had the absolute worst experience of my life (McGrath Acura Morton Grove) and the best car buying experience of my life at Napleton Acura in Elmhurst. I'm sending my family members to this dealership. Obviously they're there to sell cars, but I found them to be so much more honest and upfront right from the start. I highly recommend these guys. I went in to purchase a bmw x1 2017 the price on the car was 26,995 I confirmed the price on the car before I got there to test drive the car the test drive went well my first sales guy was harris very nic was 26,995 I confirmed the price on the car before I got there to test drive the car the test drive went well my first sales guy was harris very nice guy and I actually liked the car now lets talk numbers I don't no if the problem was I was a women of color or they just thought I was a anxious idiot who couldn't count first they tell me 700 a month for 72 months with 3500 down now thats $53,900 for a 26,995 car really then they say it was capital one however i was already pre approved with capital one before i arrived i did all of that paperwork online so now as i am leaving they say we are trying to work with capital one so I leave and call capital one and what was submitted to them was $31,310 purchase price. $3000 service contract, $3691 tax title and license other fees $999 now explain to me how a $26,995 end up $39000 before financing this is crazy i can't explain this and have the proof to support this i wish they had a way to upload something so you can see for yourself i did not expect this from them and I will spread the word watch out and pay attention like I said I dont no if this happen because I was a women of color or what however this did not add up and if the price on the car was 26,995 how did it jump to 31,310 what was the extra $4315 for More
