Second time's a charm! Back again! I purchased an Acura back in January with help from Haris. This time around my brother needed to find a car and of course I had to come ba Back again! My brother has been to a few dealerships before and they all tried giving him the run around and were pushy and just did not have my brother's best interest at heart. They just wanted to get another notch on their belt. With Haris that was not the case. My brother was very pleased to have him answer all his questions, be professional, and go above and beyond without being rude and pushy. At no time did we feel as if he didn't care, he knew what he was talking about and offered the best deal possible! Rip off, I went With my offer letter and sales person wouldn’t negotiate the price, fine I agreed to price on 2019 Toyota rav 23,057 plus tax which about 3200 and all left was the processing fee and to s wouldn’t negotiate the price, fine I agreed to price on 2019 Toyota rav 23,057 plus tax which about 3200 and all left was the processing fee and to sign paperwork. Salesperson ran my credit with some companies I did not authorize and comes back with over 4,000 in Addt’l fees- 1895 Under the hood inspection, 1395 Napleton pkg which is useless to me and 895 processing fee which shouldn’t be more than 600. After telling him he lost his xxxx mind he comes back and say can take 1,000 off, I told him that’s not gonna work and he says he’s not the owner. So I’m taking my time to look. Mgmt calls me 2 days later to ask what happen and I explain and he says he’s gonna look into it and get back to me. and 5 days later I haven’t heard from him. But from reading reviews everybody having issues with there hidden fees. Rip off Rip off More

Horrible. I received a call Saturday morning from Victor telling that I qualified to refinance at a lower rate my current car loan. I agreed to come in at the agreed time. I told him I didn’t the time look around He said they would try see if they could make something happen I left it’s been 3 days& I have texted Victor to see if there’s any good news or what’s the current situation Well I’m very disappointed I was treated like a number that they needed on Saturday to show that someone came in I would of been ok with a simple at this time we can’t work with you Instead everything I received was crickets no response Poor Poor Poor customers service I don’t recommended this dealership or Victor.
