Horrible Service Department I purchased my MDX here in 2011. However, when I called for help, I went thru so many different answer machines but still did not get any help. I call I purchased my MDX here in 2011. However, when I called for help, I went thru so many different answer machines but still did not get any help. I called the day before and left a voice message, no one call me back. I called again the follow day several times, went thru so many answer machines but did not get any call back. No one at the service department picks up the phone. I called and spoke with the operator and she told me that the service department and finance department are busy because of the end of the month. This is the most horrible excuse that I have every heard. Very Disappointed! More

A few weeks ago, my family went at the Ed Napleton Acura to look for a car and the customer service we received from every person we talked with, it w A few weeks ago, my family went at the Ed Napleton Acura to look for a car and the customer service we received from every person we talked with, it was beyond amazing. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They showed us so many options and when we found a car that meets our needs, they worked their best to make it reasonable for us. In this dealership, they give you the feeling that everyone works together and they do beyond their best to make the whole experience very comfortable. We started with Wislon, but he had a call and Marta took over and worked with us the whole deal, while Connor helped us with the financing of the car. We spent a few hours there until everything was finalized, and it was almost 3:00 pm when they ordered pizza for lunch for the employees. They were so kind, that they brought some pizza to share with us while we were waiting there. Marta, did such a great job explaining everything and made sure we were happy with our choice. I would strongly recommend this place when you are looking for a car. Marta, once again, Thank you! More
