Kim Herr was extremely unprofessional. I am having an issue getting a recall done on my Honda Insignt (with only 13K miles). Every time I talk to someone, they tell me a different story. Yesterday, I was issue getting a recall done on my Honda Insignt (with only 13K miles). Every time I talk to someone, they tell me a different story. Yesterday, I was told the recall could not be done because they did not have the corret tools. When I went to pick my car up (40 minutes later), they had apparently "made" a tool and fixed my fuel pump. This morning, several check engine lights were on. When I called, I was told that the fuel pump was not fixed and to bring the car back in. Upon arrival, Kim came out and began yelling at me and slammed down the "tool" they aparently made. He referred to one of his service department representatives (Cole) in an extremely derrogatory way and called me an inappropriate vulgar name. Then when another service rep suggested they look at the car, he said, "just reset the warning lights." His statements toward his staff and to me are extremely unprofessional. I WOULD NOT recommend Ed napleton Honda to ANYONE. Kim Herr needs some serious training... This form made me give at least one star. He deserves ZERO! More
