This review is incorrect. The salesman had me put this review in while I was in the dealership. This was BEFORE I saw my final paperwork and after 6 hours spent in the dealership. Below is my official review. Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Went to buy a used car. Coincidentally the “Used” car only had 24 miles on it. Supposedly the car had been “lost” on the lot for a year and a half. But I felt that once they understood that the pre-owned car they were selling me was actually “New”, they would not work with me at all. Wouldn’t budge on price, gave me less that the lowest trade in quote I had got off of their website, then all the “extras”, the Napleton Experience, and the Certification, things that are NOT mandatory for the purchase, I sad NO to them at least 6 times, but when the time came for me to sign with the very unprofessional finance manager who seemed too busy and tired to even go over the papers I was signing, the things I had said no too the whole time were on the contract. Also they RAISED the price of the car to adjust these features, all while not giving me the lowest amount that their website quoted me on my trade. All of this was in a six hour period. Also, about 15 minutes before leaving, I asked, do you want my down payment? They never even took it from me until I asked. Ben said that he was very grateful I told him about the down payment or the sales manager would have gotten chewed out. How can you treat someone who is so honest that they won’t leave the dealership without giving you their down payment which you had forgotten about and tack crap onto their contract that they CLEARLY said NO to the entire time? Then raise the price of the vehicle as well?!!!! Everyone just kept saying, it’s the payment you agreed on. Yes, I said I wanted my payment at a certain dollar amount, THAT you listen to me on, but that doesn’t give you the right to add stuff I said no to EVEN thought the monthly payment is where it should be. Very shady sales. The only one that I found helpful was Ben the salesman, everyone else didn’t want to talk to me, NO ONE went over the papers with me. When I left, I had to ask Ben,” So can you at least tell me what all this is since I obviously purchased it because no one ever went over those papers when I was signing, just,” sign here”. Very shady and I will tell everyone about my experience because I feel I was tricked into the “extras” since I had said NO to them over and over and then all of a sudden they are on the contract without telling me they are. Got a great car but had the worst car buying experience ever.
