Worst experience ever. After 48 hours I still hadn't seen much less driven the car I wanted. It took 2 hours for them to produce my title they held as earnest. A Marathon Experience I have mixed feelings about my experience at Napleton Honda yesterday. First, I would give Randy Lyman very high marks for the way he interacted with I have mixed feelings about my experience at Napleton Honda yesterday. First, I would give Randy Lyman very high marks for the way he interacted with my wife and me. He was very professional and friendly, and got the best deal he could get for us. He also took a lot of time to explain all the features of our new CR-V, which was greatly appreciated. The problem we had was the 5 hours or more that the entire process of buying the car took. It was an exhausting day to say the least. When we finally got to the last step, the finance man, he must have been exhausted because he yawned constantly and complained about being tired. He also failed to explain certain information about the loan that would have been very helpful (the lending company, date of payment, what to take to DMV). I wouldn't hesitate, however, to recommend Randy to anyone looking to buy a Honda. More
Mixed Feelings I have mixed feelings about this dealership. I came here a while back to check out the new Ridgeline. I gave them my number, and quickly realized it w I have mixed feelings about this dealership. I came here a while back to check out the new Ridgeline. I gave them my number, and quickly realized it was like giving your number to the Red Cross. I had mentioned I was not buying today, just the weighing options to take back to my wife, which I had to repeat several times. So, I was put off and did not want to deal with them. My wife and I are Costco members and when we requested information for the Auto Program, they sent us to Ed Napleton. We set an appointment, and once we arrived we stood around and waited, talked to a few people and no one seemed to know about the appointment or wanted to deal with us. I though, here we go again. Then Allison arrived. She was the saving grace for the dealer. She was very polite, not pushy, and pleasant to deal with. She took great care of us, and just had a very relaxed and friendly personality. I don't know if it was a couple bad first impressions, but I would suggest if you are looking for a Honda, see Allison! More
